We had a long weekend of fun visiting my aunt and uncle and lots of cousins.
We also spent the day at St. Louis Zoo. David and Lydia LOVED the train ride.
The 3D movie was fun too! Lydia was hilarious as she kept taking her glasses off when things were "popping" out at us. David refused to wear his glasses so who knows what he saw of the film.
We loved the baby elephant!
Then we headed way down in southern Illinois for Anna's state teamquest competition. Her team had a lot of fun completing different activities. We saw a beautiful rainbow on the way home.
And our baby girl has been home for TEN MONTHS! Erik has affectionately nicknamed her our "tornado". She is one busy...BUSY little darling!
She's added lots of first this month.
- seeing tons of animals at the zoo
- petting stingrays
- riding a train
- seeing a rainbow
- flying a kite
- jumping on one foot
- visiting lots of extended family
- swinging in a big girl swing
